缺血性中风是先进社会死亡的主要原因之一。尽管基因治疗可能会有所帮助,但交付基因治疗剂仍具有挑战性。纳米技术可以增强某些脑部疾病的潜在治疗效果和基因治疗的效率。本系统综述基于PRISMA协议进行,以研究作为基因治疗剂载体的纳米颗粒在卒中治疗中的可能治疗作用。相关关键字用于从ISI Web of Science,PubMed和Scopus中搜索直至2020年4月24日的相关出版物。使用某些对文章质量的评分对选定的文章进行评估。数据提取和质量判断由当前的审阅者进行。在检索的130篇文章中,有7篇符合纳入标准,因此被纳入最终分析。审查过程的结果表明,根据靶基因的选择,中风基因疗法具有可接受的治疗效果。纳米颗粒可用于携带在中风治疗中有效靶向的基因治疗剂。同样,使用纳米颗粒(例如PEG化和PAMAM)似乎是增强中风位置的效率和特异性靶向的有价值的选择。总之,由于脑再生能力不足以及基因在中风相关并发症中的重要性,基因治疗似乎是一种合适的治疗策略。使用合适的纳米颗粒进行运输可确保该方法的效率和实用性。
