糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症,也是导致终末期肾病的主要原因之一。 肾小管损伤是DN的早期变化和特征,线粒体功能障碍在DN的发生发展中起重要作用。 因此,及时清除肾小管细胞中受损的线粒体是DN的有效治疗策略。 线粒体自噬是一种选择性自噬,可确保及时清除受损线粒体,保护细胞免受氧化应激。 在这篇综述中,我们总结了我们对 DN 肾小管细胞线粒体功能障碍和动态障碍的理解以及线粒体自噬的分子机制。 最后,讨论了线粒体自噬在 DN 中的作用及其作为 DN 治疗靶点的可行性。
