摘要
穿心莲内酯(Andrographis paniculata)是1951年从穿心莲中分离出来的主要生物活性成分。通过寻找将现有药物与已知或尚未发现的药物靶点和人类疾病状态联系起来的证据,可以促进对现有药物新用途的识别,以开发新的治疗适应症。此外,穿心莲内酯还具有抗癌、抗菌、抗病毒、保肝、抗氧化、抗疟疾、抗动脉粥样硬化等多种生物学特性。但水溶性差、不稳定性限制了其临床应用。增强其药理功能,为更多疾病寻找新的治疗选择已成为关键。因此,本文综述了穿心莲内酯的最新研究进展,包括穿心莲内酯在不同疾病中的应用及其机制,重点介绍了穿心莲内酯的衍生物、具有强生物活性的化学修饰和药物传递等药理作用。穿心莲内酯的重新利用和药理作用的增强不仅对不同的疾病有令人兴奋的治疗潜力,以促进药物营销,而且还减少了全球卫生保健的经济负担。
