老年人的前-后功能连接性断开伴主观记忆障碍和轻度记忆障碍

摘要

背景:主观记忆障碍(SMI)可能极大地增加阿尔茨海默病(AD)的风险。充分了解SMI的神经机制,对AD的早期干预有一定的指导意义。 方法:对23例健康对照(HC)、22例重度精神病(SMI)和24例遗忘型轻度认知障碍(aMCI)患者进行神经心理综合评估和静息状态功能磁共振扫描。分别比较了从感兴趣区域到全脑的默认模式网络(DMN)和功能连接(FC)的差异。 结果:HC和SMI患者楔前叶区域的连通性明显高于aMCI患者。然而,从这一区域到全脑,SMI和aMCI受试者的右侧前扣带、左侧额上回和左侧内侧额上回的FC明显低于HC。此外,FC变化与参与者的认知功能下降显著相关。 结论:我们的研究表明重度精神病人有相对完整的DMN连接,但受损的FC之间的前和后脑。研究结果表明,在重度精神病患者中,长距离FC比短距离FC更容易受到伤害。
