摘要
扑热息痛是一种广泛使用的止痛剂,尤其适用于慢性疾病,如类风湿关节炎。然而,容易获得这种药物增加了中毒事件的发生。患者经常会出现严重的肝损伤,并可能很快导致死亡。因此,人们进行了大量的研究来鉴定新的生物标志物,从而可以预测扑热息痛中毒的程度,从而及时介入挽救患者的生命。本文就扑热息痛中毒引起肝损伤的主要机制作一综述。此外,我们还讨论了使用新的临床生物标志物检测扑热息痛中毒的可能性。
