摘要
背景:Achillea L.属富含生物活性倍半萜烯和类黄酮。大多数被研究物种表现出几种生物学活性,并被用作促进剂,伤口愈合和止痛剂。一些物种还用于当地的民间传说医学。目的:通过文献调查,我们讨论了Achillea L.属物种的抗癌特性,并考虑了在传统医学中用于治疗癌症的民族药理学数据。此外,我们根据当地传统医学的信息,筛选了提取自油曲霉的提取物并分离了次生代谢产物,以检测其细胞毒性。该植物采自Kozani(希腊北部),在当地用于治疗胃肠道疾病,包括胃癌。 方法:通过在PubMed,Scopus,Google Scholar和Science Direct数据库中进行搜索来选择相关数据。另外,测试了来自天竺葵的提取物和分离的化合物对人癌细胞系MCF-7和HeLa的体外活性。 结论:Achillea L.属是生物活性次生代谢产物的重要来源。药用植物研究的最重要成果是根据现代药理学对传统信息及其用途和观点进行记录和评估。
