摘要
白介素37(IL-37)被发现是促炎性IL-1超家族的新成员。 但是,进一步的研究表明,IL-37在先天性和适应性免疫中起着至关重要的抗炎作用。 IL-37可能分别通过细胞内SMAD家族成员3(SMAD3)和细胞外IL-18受体α(IL-18Rα)信号传导途径抑制炎症过程。 同时,在免疫介导的炎症性疾病中观察到IL-37的异常表达,例如炎症性肠病,类风湿性关节炎,动脉粥样硬化,系统性红斑狼疮,哮喘和多发性硬化,这表明IL-37是这些疾病潜在的治疗靶点。 在这篇综述中,我们总结了IL-37的抗炎机制,并讨论了IL-37在这些疾病的发病机理中的关键作用。 需要进一步的研究以证实IL-37作为这些炎性疾病的新靶标的有效性。
