摘要
辐射暴露可能导致阿尔茨海默病(AD)、抑郁症或精神分裂症。大量实验和临床研究表明,miRNA参与了这些疾病的发展,也参与了脑辐射暴露后的神经病理学改变。目前的文献综述表明65个miRNA参与了大脑中的神经元发育。在脑组织、血液或脑脊液(CSF)中,分别有11、55或28个miRNAs参与AD的发展,在抑郁症中有89、50、19个miRNAs,在精神分裂症中有102、35、8个miRNAs。通过回顾现有的数据,我们比较了调控神经元发育的miRNA和参与AD、抑郁症和精神分裂症的发生的miRNA,以及驱动辐射诱导的脑神经病理学改变的mirna。我们发现3,11或8个日神经开发相关的微粒的脑组织,13,16或14个miRNA的血患者广告,抑郁和精神分裂症分别也参与辐射诱导大脑病变,暗示可能具体参与这些miRNA在辐射诱导广告的发展,分别抑郁症和精神分裂症。另一方面,我们指出,辐射诱导两个miRNA的变化也就是说,miR - 132, miR-29脑组织,三个微粒,例如,miR - 29 c-5p, miR - 106 b - 5 - p, miR-34a-5p血液中也参与广告的发展,抑郁和精神分裂症,从而表明这些微RNA可能参与共同的大脑神经病理变化,如神经发生损伤和降低学习记忆能力在这三种疾病和辐射暴露后。
