摘要

炎症是血管组织针对有害刺激物(如病原体,刺激物或感染)的多方面生物反应。 但是,炎症消失后,会导致相当严重的威胁生命的疾病,例如阿尔茨海默氏病,类风湿性关节炎,心脏病发作,结肠癌等。因此,炎症突然成为医学研究中最热门的领域之一。 本综述文章旨在详细概述各种杂症或疾病发作中炎症的根本原因和令人惊讶的关系。 此外,还讨论了各种单独的抗炎药以及与其他治疗药联合使用在缓解威胁生命的疾病中的作用。
