摘要
背景:CD28是一种细胞表面糖蛋白受体,主要在活化的T细胞上表达,属于Ig超家族,提供重要的共刺激信号。 CTLA-4与CD28具有序列同源性,并在激活后在T细胞上表达。它提供与CD28协同调节T细胞活化的抑制信号。它们两者均调节T细胞增殖和分化,并且在体内免疫应答途径中起重要作用。 目的:我们研究了CD28不同结构位点在产生共刺激信号中的特殊作用。 方法:我们回顾了相关文献,主要涉及CD28的结构以阐明其生物学功能及其在免疫应答中的作用。 结果:近年来,人们越来越重视CD28,CD28被认为是许多现代疾病(尤其是某些免疫性疾病)的主要治疗靶标。 结论:本文主要介绍CD28的结构及其相关的生物学功能,以及靶向CD28的共刺激途径在疾病治疗中的应用。
