摘要

结直肠癌(Colorectal cancer, CRC)是全球最常见的癌症之一。在发达国家,该病的死亡率仍然很高,但由于有效的筛查方案,该病已形成流行;然而,由于生活方式的西方化,许多其他国家的发病率有所上升。虽然CRC的治疗在过去几年有所改善,但这些方法的副作用不容忽视。最近,游离脂肪酸受体家族的成员已成为许多疾病的诱人的药理靶点,包括哮喘;研究还指出了它们在癌变中的作用。在这里,我们讨论了目前的知识和未来的发展方向在FFAR的相关CRC研究。FFAR调节的矛盾结果可能与FFAR配体的多效性、受体分布和信号转导的不同有关。因此,我们指出了进一步研究的方向,以充分利用FFARs在CRC中的潜力。
