摘要

背景:MicroRNA是内源的,短的非编码RNA,其长度可低至20至25个核苷酸。这些RNA能够在转录后水平上负面影响基因表达。已经证明,微小RNA在细胞增殖,细胞迁移,细胞死亡,细胞分化,感染,免疫应答和代谢中起重要作用。此外,已经在多种癌症中观察到了微小RNA的功能障碍。因此,微RNA的调节在疾病的治疗中是令人感兴趣的。 目的:本综述旨在研究丙泊酚对微小RNA在癌症治疗中的调节作用。 方法:本评价是在PubMed,SCOPUS和Web of Science数据库中使用关键词“丙泊酚”,“ microRNA”,“癌症疗法”,“丙泊酚+ microRNA”和“丙泊酚+ miR”进行的。 结果:发现丙泊酚双重下调/上调microRNA以发挥其抗肿瘤活性。就致癌微RNA而言,丙泊酚具有抑制作用,而丙泊酚可显着增强抑癌微RNA的表达。 结论:丙泊酚似乎是微小RNA的潜在调节剂,这种能力可用于治疗各种癌症。
