摘要
癌症是当今医学中最复杂的疾病之一。每年,一些研究提出了多种预防癌变的策略。此外,正在进行治疗副作用低的癌症的实验。化学疗法,靶向疗法,放射疗法和免疫疗法是用于癌症治疗的最常见的非侵入性策略。这些方式遇到的最具挑战性的问题之一是化学放射治疗的有效性低以及正常组织毒性。已建议使用某些药剂作为佐剂可改善肿瘤反应并减轻正常组织毒性。白藜芦醇,一种天然的类黄酮,已经引起了人们对于肿瘤和正常组织对各种癌症治疗方法的反应的关注。作为抗氧化剂和抗炎剂,体外和体内研究表明,它能够减轻正常组织的化学辐射毒性。但是,缺乏确认白藜芦醇作为化学放射防护剂的用途的临床研究。另外,它可以使各种类型的癌细胞对化疗药物和放射线敏感。近年来,一些临床研究表明白藜芦醇可能具有诱导癌细胞杀伤的作用。然而,对于白藜芦醇与放射疗法,靶向疗法或免疫疗法的组合,白藜芦醇的临床翻译仍未产生令人满意的结果。在本文中,我们综述了白藜芦醇在保存正常组织和与不同癌症治疗方式结合的癌细胞增敏中的潜在作用。
