摘要
背景:嗜中性哮喘通常与嗜酸性粒细胞缺乏和非主要的2型免疫途径激活有关。它涉及支气管炎症,随后是不同程度的气道重塑。中性粒细胞炎症由于吸入环境触发因素(如废气,香烟烟雾,职业相关因素和感染)而激活特定的细胞和分子途径。 目的:这篇综述讨论了嗜中性粒细胞参与哮喘和潜在的相关靶标治疗。 结果:皮质类固醇抵抗是中性粒细胞性哮喘的标志,这会增加疾病的严重程度并导致难以控制的哮喘。中性粒细胞为主的哮喘患者的特征是Th2细胞因子水平低(或不存在)。由于缺乏针对中性粒细胞性哮喘的有效治疗方法,正在开发针对2型哮喘症状和表型的新型生物制剂。了解嗜中性粒细胞性哮喘涉及的不同生物标志物,炎症途径和治疗策略将有助于减少与皮质类固醇不敏感有关的不良反应。对涉及嗜中性粒细胞炎症的靶标的更好了解可以导致改善的疗法。 结论:中性粒细胞性哮喘涉及的新兴生物制剂需要进行进一步的评估和临床试验,然后才能应用于临床。
