摘要

背景:阿尔茨海默氏病(AD)的特征是β-淀粉样蛋白在红细胞中积累。 随后的红细胞损伤很可能会影响其携氧能力。 2,3-二磷酸甘油酸酯(2,3-DPG)与血红蛋白结合,从而促进氧气释放。 从理论上讲,AD中的2,3-DPG降低,并且产生的缺氧触发促红细胞生成素(EPO)释放。 方法与目的:为探讨这一理论,我们分析了AD,轻度认知障碍和对照组(主观认知障碍)中的红细胞2,3-DPG含量和EPO。 结果:我们研究了(i)红细胞中的2,3-DPG,以及(ii)AD中的循环EPO,两种标记均不受痴呆症的影响。 这些氧调节途径的紊乱似乎不参与AD的脑缺氧。
